Condensation can be a serious problem in buildings and roof systems. The formation and dripping of condensate can cause damage to building contents, insulation and other components. Using CondenStop-enhanced roof panels is an effective and cost efficient solution to prevent these adverse effects of condensation. CondenStop can be applied inline prior to rollforming during panel production. It is applied on the interior side of sheet metal with a pre-applied adhesive (protected by an easy-release film). Even during on-site rollforming CondenStop is easy to use.

Applying CondenStop prior to rollforming will add value to your roof panels. Integrating CondenStop in your manufacturing process is easy and efficient. CondenStop is self-adhesive and can be safely applied onto all metals and coatings. Start-up and high volume applicators are available. Click here for more information.

Installing CondenStop-enhanced roof panels is more efficient than alternative solutions. It will save labor and other costs associated with installing anti-condensation blankets. You just install the panels and enhance both jobsite productivity and project profitability. CondenStop panels are less prone to damage caused by roof penetrations and look better too.
