The products are divided into four product groups: 1 Semi-conductive waterblocking tapes Used for semi-conductive bedding and waterblocking of gaps. Can be used for a variety of applications including: over an insulated screen, under and over a metal tape or wired screen, under a folded and sealed aluminium sheath. 2 non-conductive waterblocking tapes Used for non-conductive bedding, seperation and waterblocking of gaps. Can be used for a variety of applications including: over an insulation screen, under and over a metal tape or wired screen of armour, over the cable core, under a folded and sealed aluminium sheath. 3 Semi and non conductive bedding, binding & heat barrier tapes Used for semi or non-conductive bedding, binding, seperation, heat protection or flame retardance. Can be used for a variety of applications including : Under and over a metal tape or wired screen, under a folded and seald aluminium sheath, under an extruded lead sheath or welded or extruded aluminium sheath, between extrude layers, under the jacked, over or in the cable core. 4 Waterblocking Yarns Used as a filler or in cross lay in various types of cables and dry-core cable design. Can be used for a variety of applications including: Watertight conductors, central filler, cross lay over strands, filler between the cores of multi core cables, binder and waterblocking over a multicore cable. |
