Storage & Light industrial

Metal roofs are the preferred system for storage buildings. However, metal roof systems are prone to condensation due to changing outdoor or indoor conditions. Condensation, sweating and dripping can have severe adverse effects on the condition of the goods stored in storage facilities and hangars. Common solutions against condensation like insulated panels or ventilation systems are expensive and not required for thermal performance in most storage facilities. An economicalsolution to prevent problems caused by condensation in storage facilities is CondenStop® for Storage Facilities.
CondenStop provides the absorption capacity to protect stored assets and, the reflective quality of the white fleece assures a satisfactory and cost efficient level of light. In addition, CondenStop is less prone to damage due to roof penetrations.

Installing panels that are enhanced with CondenStop will save contractors the labor and equipment costs associated with common fiberglass anti-condensation blankets.
Using CondenStop will also enable contractors and builders to work under weather conditions that would delay projects were blankets are used.
