Lantor Finishmat® 6691 range
The Right Protection Finishmat 6691 is a chemical bond, polyester tissue. Finishmat 6691 veils are e.g. used in filament winding and pultrusion processes. They create a smooth, resin rich layer. This layer serves as a chemical barrier and creates a smooth surface finish. The binder system used in 6691 is partially soluble in styrene. This means that the material becomes softer when it is wetted. This makes it easier to shape 6691 into curved products.
